How can I grow my YouTube Channel organically?

So many paid programs, I don't know what to do

It will take a very long time, I been doing mine for 5.5 years, renamed the channel 3 times & switched topic once. This is why it is very important to select a topic that you are very passionate about & have a lot of fun making it, this way you can keep at it for a very long time without any financial benefit
