They are recruiters for networks who think you are eligible for their network (meaning you could be partnered) I wouldn't be so sure with AztecENT as I haven't really heard of them and of all my experience never heard of them. Basically these networks sometimes will set up these recruiter programs and if these recruiters manage to add 10 people to the network they can get a partnership. If I were to go with any of these I would go with TGN, they will basically hook you up with the network so you can get partnered, meaning it could lead to a contract signing over the internet. This is fine and completely legal. It's your choice what you want to do.
