I want to say to all those who are partnered that is super fantastic.. and to those who aren't partnered... Don't worry..
When we started doing our show.. it was to have fun.. and that is still the focus.. Sure it is fun to get recognized for your effort, get more subscribers and more views. But for us we just want to entertain and make people laugh and smile or just think for a while or escape from thinking.. whatever.
I think, that the pursuit of everyone should be to create the best you can, and not worry about wether or not you get partnered.. If we did that we would pack and go home, too much stress...

After saying all that anyone want to partner us.. MUHAHAHAHA

I don't get why people doesn't seem to understand this ._.

Agreed. I think it's mostly very young 'Tubers (say about 13/14) who see people like Tobuscus and whatnot making up to a million bucks a year from their content. But most people, even those with 10,000 subs and a million total vid views will only earn about $1,000 a year anyway. You need millions of views per video to be earning that kind of money. Unfortunately, this need for greed is what gets many people stuck in terrible partnership contracts with Networks who don't pay them and never respond to e-mails.

I think that if you enjoy what you do and just go and do it.. you will get recognition... Just don't focus on trying to get the recognition.
 
Does partnership really mean more views and subs anyway? Plenty of people do great with Adsense, partnership to me just seems like a shiny banner.

Yes, exactly. Recognition is something that will come over time. But unfortunately, recognition is the main focus for too many.
I think this is why people fail..
