Request Outro music / voice over

Hello i need a outro for my video from 7-15 secs. i would like it to have music in the background and a voice over of my outro saying which is Peace to the out girl girl girl scout see ya (i know its weird). But if anyone could do this perferably free but i may be able to pay that would be great my skype is theundeadshot so yeah.

I do too, it is so simple to make your own outro! use 3 pips! two with previous videos running and one with a background image. then if you wanna add in a subscribe image too do that and just add a voice over on too

well get the exp yourself man they are quite easy to make if you want me to do a voiceover for you for free I will do though
