Olympics & Traffic Effects + Are You Making Any Olympics videos?

Howdy Yttalkers,

Really 2 questions

- how are the upcoming Olympics likely to affect traffic across non-sports and non-Olympics channels? Are we going to see traffic drops across the board as parents hog devices away from their kids to view the games?

- are you planning any specific videos to target Olympics related keywords and likely trends?
 
I was going to go through my stored footage and try to find dogs being "athletic" to make a video, but something happened to my hard drive and I lost access to nearly all my footage from 2016.

I thought any video I made that I could reasonably link keywords like gold medal, olympics, winning the gold, etc would be good. Even if it's nothing athletic, I think you can use these words. I could have made a video about who wins the gold medal for being the cutest cat for example.

I don't get a lot of views from YouTube search so I'm struggling in this area of YouTube. Maybe someone better at it will chime in.
 
The only thing I'll probably do is mention the javelin competition because my cousin (his name is Sean Furey) will be competing! It's his second Olympics, and we're terribly proud of him.
