No longer getting any new subs

Uploading that little is not going to get you subs really fast. Especially because you are really small dont expect fast growth

Well, I believe your first push of promotion on your new channel, will get a burst of new subs, thus your 20. Then reality will hit, where you have exhausted your resources and you're not getting any new hits, views or subs. Just keep pushing and try to put out more high quality videos a week, if you can. The more you post, the more you have a chance to be noticed.

You can't expect Subscribers to keep coming at the same pace. YouTube is a weird place. You sometimes gain tens, and then you stay at the same level for weeks before gaining a few more. Or, loose some, that happens too.

My advice? Don't look at that number. Do what you want to do, be a creator and let nature (or in this case YouTube) run it's course.

Exact same situation. It does make you wonder whether you are doing something wrong, but if you enjoy what you're doing than just keep going and I am sure it'll begin to flow again!

100% normal for starting channels. Unless you already have a large Twitter, Instagram or Facebook following then you wont see numbers skyrocket just like that. The fact that you mentioned your channels been up a month speaks for itself in regards to subs.

Just keep doing what your doing, keep uploading and putting yourself out there whatever way you can (just don't spam)
