No custom thumbnail option - Help!

Hey I have thumbnails ready for my videos but there is no custom thumbnail option. Why? Please help!

It could be that it has not yet been activated for your account. I thought YT was rolling this feature out to everyone.

I think this means everybody has the option now. I thought lately you only get this option when you enable monetization on a youtube channel. Do you have monetization enabled on your youtube account? (No need for partner or adsense)

Yeah I do. I did it about a week ago maybe 5 days ago?

Hmm weird you have an account in good standing? Otherwise I do not know why you don't have it.

i don't have it activated either not even sure why!!

I had an account before and as soon as they released it to everyone it appeared.

It may be because I don't have enough views or videos as I only have 3 videos? Could that possibly be why?
