New Channel ideas???

My channel is the most random junk ever, I love youtube and really wanting to step it up with a better new focused channel. I was thinking about a comedy like "the late night show"," jimmy Fallon" type show but actually funny lol. But I'm not 100% that would do well on youtube, any ideas??

I think any idea has the possibility of doing well, it's just a matter of execution, finding an audience, and promotion. So get to it!

Me to and plan on keeping to it. But hard to get subs because there's no specific topic or entertainment

I totally get wanting subs but since views on videos (people actually watching them) is what matters most, I am not sure I will worry about sticking to one genre of video either.

People browse videos, not channels and doesn't YT have playlists you can make ?
