Is the MCN model practically dead?
I have read about alternative models that are helping creators. The YouTubers, Rhett and Link showed the community in 2018 that there is a successful business strategy that can replace the MCN model. They saved Smosh, another popular channel from the collapse of Defy Media.
Is anyone here using these alternatives?
