Need some advice for Fair Use when it comes to WBTV

So today I got an email stating that one of my videos has been claimed by WBTV. With this message:

• Video title: Arrow 5x15 "Fighting Fire With Fire" Review - Non-Spoiler
• Copyrighted content: Video clip
• Claimed by: WBTV

Now I don't have a video clip in my video, I do have photos due to me doing a review on the episode that I'm talking about. In my description, I stated "Note: Stills from CW Arrow are being used as press for news, reviews, criticism and commentary purposes under rights of fair use. All opinions are 100% my own with NO outside influence and NO compensation."

This is the 3rd video that WBTV has claimed. I filed a dispute on the 2nd one cause it was for the same thing and I haven't heard anything back yet. I'm pretty sure the way I'm using the images does fall within fair use, but I could be wrong. Is this worth disputing or should I not dispute it? It's just frustrating getting these claims from WBTV.
