Adsense Account Denied when creating one? While my channel is 20 hours away from Monetization?
Because everytime i want to create an Adsense account i'm always denied! now im 20 hours away from monetization, why still i can't create an Adsense account? or it should be a rock solid 4,000 Hours of watch time before i should apply a Adsense Account?

I just read almost all of the policies, and it seems that i didn't violated one of them and yet there are some things i need to fix. I'm really confused and demoralized. Especially when i gave my all effort to grow more in youtube
