I'm not eligible for the partnership program, but I'd still like to figure this out. I edit with IMovie on my Iphone and was under the impression that the music on there was ok to use. Over 80 videos and no copyrights. All of a sudden my last three had copyright claims put in by Hexacorp. Two different songs.

Did they just buy the rights or something? Anyone else have this issue?

Do you credit the tracks in your video description. For some of the music that YouTube provides, they require that you provide the music info in the description. Not sure if it's the same thing with iMovie or if that would trigger a copyright strike but something to look into.

I haven't been. Like I said I used mainly the same few songs for all my 80 plus videos.
