Monetization Confusion

I am new to youtube
I want to know what happens to the videos posted before monetization is enabled?
Are they eligible for monetization too?
So shall i make all videos from now onwards of 6-10min duration?
Just for your info, my channel is not monetized as yet

Yes, you can monetize all videos after monetization has been enabled. As long as the videos follows the ''rules''.

Don't make 10min videos if you can't keep them at a high quality or if it's going to burn you out.
