Milestone Vlogs?

Hey people

I have yet to do a milestone vlog - but thinking about doing one if/when i hit 500. My question is was it a bad idea i didn't do one before? Ive been weary about doing milestone vlogs before as I questioned maybe some people would unsubscribe to make it seem like i have not hit the milestone. However now I feel as if i should just do it.

What milestone vlogs have you done? and what was the reaction from the video?

I wouldn't worry about that. A guy said jokingly during his milestone video about him going back under due to the meanies, but it was pretty funny and wouldn't be so bad if it did happen then.

The only way I'd make a milestone vlog is if I made it over 100k subs. Doesn't sound like much for today's YouTuber but I'd be happy.

I've done "thank you" milestones for the following: 10, 100, 250, and 500 (uploading that one today, just hit 500 a couple days ago). After that, 1000, 5000, 10,000, 25k, 50k, 100k, 250k, etc.
I think they're good to do to show your subscribers how much you truly appreciate them.
Because in the end, the people subscribing are the people supporting your channel growth!

100k? As a abit of a newbie 100k is abit far off - but i do get what you mean - i held back from doing milestone vlogs (until upcoming 500)
