MCN which Pays earlier than 1st?

Hello YTtalk!

So as you can see in title i need a MCN which would pay Earlier than 1st day of the month,
ex: Earning for January to be paid on the end of February,
I heard about QuizGroup that they pay around 17-18th each month but i also heard that they aren't that safe,
So do anyone knows good network which would pay Earlier? it doesn't need to be popular or anything it just to be safe and to pay earlier.

YouTube only pay MCNs around the 25-30th of the month so nobody can payout before then unless they're paying out of negative cash-flow (paying out before they even get the money).
