Lacking Creative Juice

So recently my channel has moved away from graphic design and it was my choice and I'm fine with it. Now that I want to design something I have absolutely no idea what to create or how to go about changing my channel background. I'm going through creators block and can't think of anything. Anyone want to help spark something in my head and help me get my creative juices going? I'm seriously just staring at Photoshop and scrapped 3 designs that looked BAD. I just need some help. If you can, it'll be much appreciated

As in a video? I'm just trying to make a newer background. I like mine but ehh. Need to change. I just can't get anything going. Not even a nice thumbnail design for a video lol
