Is screencast-o-matic software good or can someone recommend a better recording and editing software?

I was researching on recording and editing software and came across screencast-o-matic (https://screencast-o-matic.com/). Please, is it good or can anyone recommend it? It fits within my budget and I will like to use it.

no idea about screencast-o-matic, you are looking for video editing software that can also record your desktop/camera? I use included Nvidia video card's software "Geforce Experience" to record desktop & adobe premiere to edit videos
