I will do commissions of £2 (if you're English) or $3 (if you're American) per clip.
The clips don't tend to be longer than 15 seconds, but you will be able to use the clips you purchase for the entirety of it's existence.
Average turnaround time is about a day, a maximum of a couple days in case I have other work or am busy for the time being. You will be informed if that is the case.
I also do require you to put credits whenever you use it, although this can be subtle as long as it is visible.
I will also put this up on my SoundCloud (with a link of your choice - this is optional).
