How to not show G+ posts on my Yiutube videos?

Eveytime I post a yt link in a g+ community it posts as a comment on my video? Does anyone one know how to turn that off or hide it..

Un servicio que no te haga gastar mucho de tu tiempo convirtiendo videos de youtube todo lo que tienes que hacer es registrarte en el sitio https://es.getmp3.online .Es el que hace el trabajo mejor y más rápido y todo lo que hace aquí no es. No se cura y no se registra, lo que me está retrasando también.
