I'm sorry if the title is a clickbait, but it's not a click bait, just a great book.
Jonah is a Marketing professor, and he used 6months research to find factors that make things go viral. he found the 6 factors that make people share:
1. Social Currency - You seems better by sharing it. This won't be a video of animals eating each other, but video of puppy helping a kid, or highlight from a game everyone watched recently.
2. Triggers - take things from everyday life that make you think about this video. "does your boss knows about..." kind of videos for example.
3. Emotions - anger, happiness, sadness, even better when mixed.
4. Public - Apple is the best example. Monkey see- monkey do, yes we are monkeys.
5. Practical - "how to..." and "lifehack" video.
6. Story - Put it all in the story.
This was my favorite marketing book, from the "DIY" category,
Now look at your best video, and let me know how many boxes does it checks?
