How to avoid a Copyright claim in YouTube or in any Social Media

I have started a channel in YouTube a few weeks back. I uploaded my first video and BOOM .... Copyright Claim blocked my video. Now like many people, I also used a ROYALTY FREE TRACK in my video. So, I wondered why I am getting a 'Copyright Claim'??!! Now, here is an important thing about so-called 'ROYALTY FREE MUSIC'. They are not absolutely FREE... normally. They have two types of license - 'Personal Use' and 'Commercial Use'. Now what is 'Personal Use'? If you use that track to make a video for a friend's wedding which will be shown in home or at friends' gathering / party or you use that for a home party, that is called 'Personal Use'. But, if you use that for creating any media which will be shown in public including Social Media like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, then it will come under 'Commercial Use'. The price for 'Personal Use License' generally less, sometimes it comes as FREE also. But, for a 'Commercial Use License' you have to give a much much higher price. So, before downloading, check the 'license to use' section. Now, suppose you have purchased / downloaded a track with 'Personal Use License' and suppose you are like me, who can't / don't want to break the bank to purchase a 'Commercial Use License' and want to use that track in your video which you will upload to YouTube / any Social Media. You can do it.... yes, you can do it. How?! You have to edit that track and for this you can download any free audio editor like Audacity etc. Now the simple process is cut the track in 3 segment minimum. Overlap them a little so that the sound doesn't fill out of the rhythm. Put some effect like reverb. Use an equalizer and play with that as per your choice....and VOILA. You are out of the trap called 'Copyright Claim'.

Please note, that this trick is also applied for videos of TV shows / downloaded videos from other channels, though I don't support downloading other people's materials but you know, a TV show or a movie or a section of a movie is also such thing... other people's material. :angelic2::wink2:

I know, everybody here knows this but, this is how I came out of a 'Copyright Claim and thought to share my experience with my friends here. May be someone like me can be benefited from this little experience. :) Love you all.

1. Most sites that claim to offer royalty free music.. DON'T. Just because it says it's copyright free, CC0, or the website's name suggests that anything uploaded there is free from copyright, doesn't mean that's truthful. Lot's of people will disagree because they don't want to feel like they made the wrong decision already. But they did. Most those site are total BS. Everything you take and upload is a ticking time bomb, and at the mercy of others to take down if/when they find it. Same applies for editing someone else's tracks in many cases, just takes longer to get caught.

2. For YouTube, use YouTube's music library to be 100% free of copyright claims.

3. Don't take advice on intellectual property from people that don't make their own original content.

I havent read the replies. But I would advise against doing that. For 2 reasons, 1st I don't think its morally okay. Yea you will get around the restrictions but you are still doing the same, using somebody else's creation to make videos (and I'm guessing monetizing it) without permission. 2nd, it might be able to fly under the rador now, but youtube content ID is VERY good and will only get better. Maybe it goes around their automated systems now, but maybe wont in the future, same with TTS.

It appears that https://smmpakpanel.com/ is a useful tool for people and companies who want to improve their social media presence. Given that the Indonesian market is expanding quickly, having a specialised SMM panel with local audience-focused solutions could provide focused and efficient approaches to social media marketing.
