How do you make a watermark bring up the subscribe button when hovered over?

hmm perhaps try change the function if that is possible or maybe thats only a feature enabled for partners

It is working correctly. Non subscriber will see what you see when you click on other channels.
 
This is because obviously you can't subscribe to your own channel. :) Others who aren't subscribed to you see your watermark that way. ;)
 
Yeah I feel dumb I realised around 2 minutes after I posted this :p

Checked it on my other channel.
