How do i get a Photo from Video to use as Thumbnail?

How do i get a photo shot from my video to use as Thumbnail? Because a lot of the time the 3 youtube give the choice from aren't that good.

If using premiere pro set the frame marker on the still you want, and on the timeline hover over the marker and right click. Click "Set in marker" then "set out marker" on the same frame. File > export and change the output type to ping or tiff or jpg and export.

or on premiere pro you can just press the little camera option on the screenshot you want, thats what i always do
