How do they always know whats happening? Leaks,Bans,console wave,Glitches

Half of the stuff they say isnt even on the rockstar blog.
Such a mystery

It's possible they play the game specifically to break it using prior knowledge from older games. It wouldn't surprise me, since new glitch videos get quite a few views.

I never trust that sort of stuff, too much YouTube fodder/click bait when it comes to that. If Rockstar hasn't announced it officially then I consider their information as "rumours"
