How can I improve?

Hi guys!

Just wanted to ask if someone could review my channel? The subs and views are standing still and I dont know what to do. Im not trying to reach a billion subs or views or anything, but 1 more or something would be nice

What can I do to make the thumbnails better?
What can I do better about the tagging-part?

I have endscreens and cards added, and try to tag with hashtags that seem to be used most and try to use good enough titles.. I also purchased a new camera to Get better quality and audio (Lumix GX800K)

1. Don't use text on your thumbnails. Most channels like yours don't for a reason.

2. Poor audio quality. Invest a better microphone or get some cheap sound foam in your room.

3. Make your videos more straight forward.

4. Put your "subscribe for more videos" at the end of your video. People won't subscribe until they've enjoyed your content anyway.

5. Put links to your Instagram and Twitter instead of just "@yourname" most people are too lazy to put it in the browser.
