I'm looking for a logo like this:

A Dragon made from emeralds, surrounded by a circle of emeralds, with the text "The Emerald Dragon'

I realise making it look like its made from emeralds isn't that easy, so i've attached a pic of how I want the dragon to look like

I would like it done today and for free
