My YT acct was recently suspended indefinitely for "abusive harassing comments".
But I did no such thing to my knowledge.
Tried the appeal link. They e-mailed back saying after review I'm still suspended. But they won't give me examples of the offenses to verify if I indeed posted the words. Allegedly there were repeated violations.
Not sure if my acct was hacked. They won't respond after first appeal. Can anyone help with advice + suggestions? I was told someone named Andrew S. has experience assisting with YT suspensions. Please let me know how to reach him if you can.
All I seek is a fair and transparent investigation. If I'm proven responsible l won't pursue further contest. Sincere thanks to anyone who can help.
