HELP! Tutorial Video has been removed and a Strike has been given!

Hey YTTalk community. I am speaking to you in a rage state on the YouTube staff. I made a Sony Vegas Tutorial a week or 2 ago. And today when I just reached 1500 views some b*****d flagged my Sony Vegas tutorial for inappropiate content! and the YouTube staff stupidly agrees with the b*****d.
Its called "How to get Sony Vegas Pro 12 Free | Newest". I reinstated their claim but i am still really scared because they gave me a strike called "Strike 1". I do remember cursing in the video but i've watched hundreds where the persons curses a couple hundred times throughout the video. Please tell me the chances of my video innapropiate state being removed and the chances of the strike being removed! please. I swear YouTUbe is so stupid sometimes.. most of the times, its great!
 
Did you use any popular music or music made by someone else without permission?
Did you use any popular images like Micky Mouse?
Did you use any video clips from a movie or tv show?
If not then you need to contact youtube and fight the strike.
 
it probably was flagged because your showing how to get a paid program for free. there not much you can do in that situation, i remember when i was starting out i was told by someone doing tutorial that i should not upload video on how to get paid programs for free because you can always run the risk of getting a strike if your video is flagged. My advice to you is be very careful of what you upload for the next 6 month, if the content you upload for the next 6 month doesn't get you into trouble than the strike will go away.

They don't care about swearing trust me...I'm willing to bet it was the pirated software you were giving away...duh. And even if you weren't giving it away with that kind of title you're lucky to even have a channel after they got done with you to be honest. Do you realize you can go to prison for doing what you did if caught. (if you were giving away software)
 
oh also i looked over your uploaded video get rid of the video "How to get full version of fraps for free" thats just another strike waiting to happen or even worse like VlogRays said prison time.
