Help: I have been scammed by BuzzMyVideos

The one he got in early december he didnt sign. He left.
But they tried to get him to sign it by black mailing.

There's many youtube videos talking about this.

I'm guessing that that was more RWJ's fault for not reading the contract he signed. Rather than Maker blackmailing him. If you sign a contract, you're legally obliged to follow it. That's why you should always be careful when signing a contract for partnership.

So far I know wasn't Maker also the network that made this all possible for Ray? I mean they give him the Your Favorite Martian show and give him all the equipment and guest hosts for =3. Also they did the website for him and people forget but Maker really puts in alot for big stars, and when that person says no to a new contract I can inmagine they put down the projects.

It was maker and they only want big stars so they can con them.
Control their youtube account / adsense.
I cant remember the website that i read it from but will
have to find it again as RWJ write an article + has evidence.

Update:
Here's the article: http://newmediarockstars.com/2012/12/why-i-left-maker-studios/
I think this is it.

Okay, fair enough. I haven't done any reading up on the story or seen any videos on the point, seems I was mistaken if that article is to be believed. I don't particularly like RWJ but if he's being scammed then I do kinda feel sorry for him, since he's probably losing a fair amount of money...

I can see why people dont like him but some times people act differently on camera.

XD plus it's a horfible situation to be in. So i also feel sorry for him.

I was partnered by buzzmyvideos once for a month, it was the first network i headed towards.

What made me left was that they don't pay monthly! You have to at least make $300 in order for them to pay you.

Me being a small channel i knew it would take a long time to earn that much. So i talked to their partner support and they unlinked my channel in less than a week, it was easy for me.
I also asked for the money that i made prior to leaving and they had to send it to me. mfw i only got $18

Many networks pay at a rate rather than monthly, but $300 is absolutely ridiculous, especially considering how low some of their Partners views are (like 20 views a day sometimes).

$300 is way too much in my opinion, no limit to 100$ at most.
It`s good you actually got through to partner support though :p

You need to get a lawyer and you also need to form a group with others who have been taken. That way youtube will be more likely to listen and release your channels to all of you. I dont know how to get in touch with youtube but a lawyer can help you figure that out.
