[help] How do you sub to a channel without that channel finding out you sub to them (without having sub with a different channel)?

In your account privacy settings (https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy), switch on the toggle that says "Keep all my subscriptions private" to hide all of your subscriptions from the public. Doing this will prevent any email notifications from being sent to those you subscribe to, and the channels you subscribe to won't be listed publicly on your profile.
