This is for those looking to create their very own custom YouTube background, icon or channel banner. If you are looking for something free these are what we recommend the most.
1. GIMP - Available for Windows and Linux. If you're not accustomed to Photoshop you could try this mod for GIMP.
2. Paint.net
3. Splashup - Web based editor which is very good.
4. Photoshop Express - Web based Photoshop style editor which is okay for fast edits.
5. Picnik - Web based photo editing.
