Okay, I know, 5 years and 228 videos to reach 100 subscribers? What the heck were you doing wrong.

Everything. I was doing everything wrong. Jumping from niche to niche, stopping posting all together, etc.

I finally found a niche that I am as passionate about as anything I have ever done.

So I dialed down, put out content over the last 2 months and went from 70-ish subscribers to 102.

I am happy that I finally hit it and I can't wait to hit 110 then 120 and so on.
