Facebook Logo Rules and Regulations

Ok, so I went to go download the Facebook logo to put in my videos. Well, they want you to specify the reason and two of them are "Online" and "Film & Broadcasting". I know clicking online would be necessary but when I clicked film and broadcasting, it wanted me to ask for permission and give them a sample of what it'd be in. Since YouTube isn't like something you'd put in theaters or anything, do I HAVE TO ask for permission or can I just click online, put it in my video, and be legally ok?

I'm not sure where you went to find the logo, but if you just do a simple Google images search for "Facebook logo" and switch the usage rights to "Labeled for reuse" under the "Search Tools" button, you can easily right click the image and download it.
