Different "Featured Channels"

Hello folks. I noticed on some channels that their featured channels change when I click on "Browse Videos". Can somebody explain this to me?

Can you link to an example? all my channels don't do that.. maybe it's a bug??? Or a lag in the time it takes for the browse videos page to update??? Interesting.

On Featured page he has featured channels under the name
"Yᵒᵘ Oᶰˡʸ Lᶤᵛᵉ Oᶰᶜᵉ"


When I click on Browse Videos there are no channels^^
