I think youtube did something and many users lost their videos views like mine, my other friends.

we with my friend both lost 60.000 views...

Oh obviously but we don't know what YouTube consider illegitimate. That could include views from yourself (watching your videos), viewing a video and leaving seconds after or visiting a channel and the video auto-plays and you move to Browse videos tab. I know YouTube doesn't consider a +1 view if someone leaves seconds after the video plays any more so that could be included.

Not yet, but I'm expecting to quite a few because I took down some videos I wanted to remove music from.
