Creators in the US: how do you handle taxes when income comes from multiple revenue streams?

Genuinely curious how everyone here keeps a note of all their income and expenses for taxes when income comes from a bunch of different sources — ad revenue, subscriptions/memberships, brand deals, affiliate commissions, merch, course sales, tips, etc.

Seems like people fall into one of three camps: 1) DIY with software like QuickBooks/Keeper + TurboTax, 2) Bookkeeping software + a CPA at tax time, 3) Hand it all to a CPA and forget about it. Which camp are you in, and how's it actually working?

Also curious how people deal with the messier stuff — 1099-K showing gross before platform fees, 1099-K vs 1099-NEC double-reporting when brands pay direct, quarterly taxes (actually paying or panic in April?).
