Creating videos without infringing on trademark or copyright laws

Hi, I'd like to create a channel with original videos about how to use Apple products. I see tons of such videos already on YouTube. I'm wondering if I can post such videos legally. I just tried to contact Apple's legal department but don't know if they'll get back to me. In fact, Apple's website explicitly states the legal department may not reply. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Like a tech reviews/guides channel that should be fine I don't think any brand would really care maybe unless you were slandering or saying defamatory words about them.

Yeah, I get where you’re coming from—Apple’s rules can feel pretty vague, especially when you’re just trying to make helpful content. I ran into a similar thing when I started sharing tutorials and tips from my own experience. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t crossing any lines either. What really helped me was digging into community discussions on dark blue color it’s full of folks who’ve been through this and share what worked for them. It gave me more clarity than Apple’s official channels ever did. From there, I felt confident posting, as long as I stayed original and didn’t use copyrighted stuff.
