Request Could someone help me with a few intros?

Basically I do a few things on YouTube and need intros for each catagory if that makes sense? All i really want is a theme to match my background like an enchanted forest (check my background) to fit the theme of my channel, and want it to pop up with "Gemma Moonstone", then pop up underneath with either Vlogs, VideoGames, Films, Talks and Miscellaneous. Each a separate intro only a different title. No longer than 10 seconds is needed

Could someone possibly help me with this? I have 200 YTtalk cash so name your price. And don't worry you will be credited for it! Ill make a video for you and put in all my descriptions "Intro by..." on all the videos its on
