I created an organization called The Light Life Project. The organization raises depression awareness through events, activities, and workshops through college campuses and online, funds mental health research, spreads positivity through social media platforms, and creates a place for people to share their stories and experiences with mental health.
Anyway, for the video I took 100 pictures of college students, asked them if they had depression, and the video is the result of what I got! I think the video is super important and I hope it goes viral or something and teaches people about how prevalent depression and mental health illnesses are.
Please at least watch the video, though I'd LOVE if you all could SHARE my message to help it go viral and raise awareness.
