Channel customization is coming back!

For those of you who were YouTubers back around 2010, you'll remember the ability the customize your channel design to exactly how you wanted it. It was a cool feature and a lot of fun! Then around 2013, removed that feature. - Well good news - Youtube have announced they are going to bring customization back.
