This is a crazy case, but it's instructive of how YouTube practices we're all used to have risen to such a level of importance that they're part of entertainment lawsuits. In this case Carly Rae Jepsen is accused of "flagging" AZA's "Hunky Santa" in a case where AZA claims her "Hunky Santa" song sounds like "Call Me Maybe."
