Canon 80d Shoot in all FHD 30fps ALL-I mov or FHD 60fps mp4?

Hey I got the new Canon 80d today and was wondering which full HD format would be best. Shoot in 1080 at ALL-I 30fps or in 1080 60fps compressed mp4. I will be indoors filming relatively stationary and plan on editing in a screencapture.

What do you guys think?

I'd say keep it at 30. No need to go 60, unless you want to do slowed down video

I agree with this. I usually do 60fps because I do slowed down video in almost every vlog, but 30 would be enough for stationary video which is what I do for non-vlogs.
