Can you still make money off of creative Commons on YouTube after their update in 2019?

Last year we can make money using Youtube creative commons video like affiliate,cpa or any other task. But after 2019 update creative commons video stop their service? Is it all country or selected country.

Unless you yourself are the creator and therefore copyright owner of the Creative Commons content, YouTube won't allow it to be monetized.

All countries worldwide; and no, Creative Commons still exists as a service. It's just that YouTube no longer allows monetization of CC content unless posted by the copyright owner him or herself.
