Some trolls do troll so hard they have multiple accounts. 
It's probably better not to dwell on it. There's not much you can do about it, and dislikes don't matter that much in the grand scheme of things. I believe youtube's algorithms still count it as engagement so it's better than them doing nothing actually. So you can tell that troll "thank you"
