Can a gtx 1050ti run davinci resolve

Know resolve sucks power off gpu, want to edit at 1080p no advance colour grading, can the 1050ti handle this?

processor and ram will have a larger impact, video editing applications that use the GPU only do so when it comes to some effects. Majority will be done on the processor, lots of ram is also useful and a fast SSD. Tbh anything will work, it just comes down to how smooth your editing experience will be

Thanks for the advice I appreciate it, on the site it stated gpu was more important but also vram was a big deal too so I think I'm right I should be good, but thanks for replying I needed an answer and I've been waiting all day
