Feedback isn't for this type of situation and is never personally answered by YouTube. From the YouTube Partner Program overview & eligibility FAQs...

"What does “valid public watch hours” mean?

Not all watch hours count towards the YouTube Partner Program threshold.

What counts as a valid public watch hour:
  • Watch hours gained from videos you’ve set public
Watch hours gained through the following types of video do not count towards the YPP threshold:
  • Private videos
  • Unlisted videos
  • Deleted videos
  • Ad campaigns
  • Videos played from the 'Stories and short videos' shelf"
Active live streams also don't add to your watch time meter. Archived streams add to your watch time from the time they go live on your channel. Only the past 365 days are valid for monetization threshold buildup.

Your Analytics show all watch time; even that from private, unlisted and deleted videos. Only the watch time from your monetization meter will count towards the application threshold.

Also, your channel is of the nature that will probably typically not be approved for monetization anyway. It is almost impossible for ambient music channels to get approved these days.

Thanks for your answers. I googled and found that info but thanks anyway! :)

Just head over to YouTube's own help group and look at the 1000's of threads from "ambient" music channel whinging about not being monetized or having been monetized and having it taken away.
