Best LED Lights for Videos?

Specifically cheap ones, I don't want to spend more than... 30 or 40 bucks? $50 max.

Just give me a list of lights you think are good for videos, whether they're stand-up, desk mount, wall mount, anything.

Ring lights are really good. They make your eyes look cool and have nice, natural lighting.

Just search : "Soft box" in google, you can find some site's that offers good light's and stuff, then you just search a soft box with a good size etc...
