Depends on the length of the video. Mine is usually in the 30-50% range. So for a 4 minutes video that might only be 1 minute and a half. But for a fifteen minute video I could be averaging six minutes.
I just looked it up - some over the last 28 days I'm averaging a watch time of 2 minutes and 15 seconds. Over the last 90 days, 3 minutes and 11 seconds. So I'm trending downwards. I need another solid video that keeps people watching.
