Avatar doesnt show

even though my avatar shows on my youtube channel page, it doesnt show on the top right corner of the youtube page
how to fix this?

the top avatar i think is linked to Google +

on my comments and channel i have the avatar i have here, and at the top right corner it's my Google+ page avatar.
