Is this possible on YouTube? If not this should be a feature. It's available on NetFlix among many other services for people who are visually impaired.
Audio description is used for people who are visually impaired. It's used to describe what's going on in the video for example on NetFlix there would be a voice that says "Jerry walks into the kitchen and grabs the milk' It lowers the volume of the main video while the audio description voice comes on

that's a great idea, but someone would have to edit the audio so that's additional step/resources, there must some channels out there that already do that, you know any?
